SIMPLE AND EASY BUTTERCREAM FROSTING RECIPE
Step 1: Take your stand mixer ensure your paddle attachment is secured. Put your room temperature unsalted butter in the bowl and mix on medium speed until the texture is uniformly smooth.
Step 2: While the mixer if off (I’ve made the mistake of keeping it on before) and pour half the amount and mix until incorporated. Repeat this step with the second have of the powdered sugar and vanilla. Enjoy!
TIP: Add 3-4 tbs or milk or cream to give it a smoother consistency. Mix on low for an additional two minutes.

20 – 25 creme filled chocolate cookies (Oreos)
Step 1: Place cookies in a ziploc bag. Then with a rolling pin (or a bottle of wine) gently crush the cookies into a crumble.
Step 2: Fold the cookie crumbles into the buttercream frosting. Enjoy!
